Ami Premium Outlet is located at 4-1-1, Yoshiwara, Ami, Inashiki, Ibaraki Japan 300-1161. University of Tsukuba have 4 main student residence halls; Icihinoya, Hirasuna, Oikoshi and Kasuga . It have a total of 65 residence with 4,000 rooms. Each dormitory has different charge with different facilities. Those with higher fee rate have attach bathroom and kitchen inside their room.  I would like to share just the view of my room so that those who will come here can imagine and will be more well prepared. Mine is a single room. The rate is  ¥19,410 per month. Bear in mind that you have to pay for security deposit of  ¥30,000 and utilities (vary, depends on your usage). It come with 3 items in your room- bed (with pillow and sheets) , a table & chair and a sink.  The best part is we can change our sheet bed to a new one 3 times per month.
